The "Herbe" is a small port of oyster that can be admired:
- The "Chapel", the last vestige of the "Algerian Villa" , a large villa built in Moorish style in 1930 by Léon Lesca, once made his fortune in Africa and unfortunately destroyed in the 1960s to make way for a residence whatsoever.
- One of the last fishermen's huts failed with the hull as a foundation.

The first lighthouse of the Cap-Ferret was commissioned in November 1840. He worked with steam oil and was electrified in 1928. It measured 50 meters high and had 275 steps. Three guards were needed for its monitoring and maintenance.
The lighthouse was dynamited by the Germans in August 1944. The sailors, however, could not do without. He had to improvise ... A lighthouse was built with fortune aluminum components abandoned, assembled with the piano wire. The lighting consisted of a 18,000 candle lamp housed in a head buoy.
