Conditions générales de Vente et d'utilisation
Le service de réservation est géré par Bordeaux Reservation et l'utilisation du service de réservation de ce site Web est soumise aux termes et conditions suivantes:
Les réservations effectuées par le client sur le Service de réservation sont faites au nom de l' Etablissement choisi pour votre séjour. Le Client convient que le fournisseur d' hébergement est seul responsable de la préstation des services réservés et que le service de réservation n'est pas responsable d'un défaut du fournisseur d'hébergement.
Le client s'engage à payer le service de réservation par prélèvement sur un compte qui lui appartient, soit entendu les frais de réservation spécifiés, plus le côut du logement. Sauf indications contraires, tous les frais et prix indiqués sont indiqués TTC (toutes taxes comprises). Le service de réservation validera la réservation faite par le client par une Confirmation de cette réservation, telle que nous l'avons décrite.
Le service de réservation reçoit un "paiement" de la part du fournisseur d'hébergement pour offrir ce service de réservation.
Le client reconnaît qu'une tierce partie ( PAYPAL) traite les transactions sur les cartes de crédits accéptées. Le client reconnaît que le service de réservation n'est pas responsable d'un défaut de PAYPAL ou de tout autre organisme financier qui intervient lors du paiement de cette réservation.
Les frais d'annulation reposent sur des politiques individuelles définies par chaque fournisseur de logement. Des frais de traitements définis par le Site s'appliquent à toutes les annulations de réservation, soit 20 euros par annulation.
Vous pouvez être amené à présenter une Pièce d'Identité avec photo lors de votre arrivée chez le fournisseur d' hébergement. Une empreinte de carte de crédit ou un dépôt en espèces peut également vous être demandé, afin de garantir le paiement des frais supplémentaires liés ou non à l'utilisation des services proposés par le fournisseur d' hébergement (tels que la taxe de séjour, un lit supplémentaire non réservé en ligne...)
Le Service de Réservation se fonde sur les informations fournies par chaque fournisseur de logement et met tout en oeuvre pour s'assurer que les renseignements présentés sont exacts, cependant BordeauxReservation ne peut garantir que ces informations sont exemptes d'erreurs ou d'ommissions, et BordeauxReservation ne pourra être tenu responsable pour toutes les erreurs ou omissions présentes parmi les informations relatives à l'hébergement, ses annexes et ses alentours. Seul le Fournisseur de Logement est résponsable des Informations présentes sur le site pour les logements qu'il propose à la location.
Le service de Réservation ne fournit aucune garantie sur la pertinence des produits ou service annoncés sur son site.
Le service de réservation ne paie pas de commissions aux Agents de Voyage, ni ne reçoit de leur part de commissions. Bordeauxreservation n'agit pas comme agent de réservation mais comme revendeur indépendant.
Le service de réservation se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les informations publiées sur son site Internet.
Le Service de réservation a besoin de recueillir des renseignements personnels pour traiter votre réservation d' hébergement, elles sont nécessaires pour que le Service de réservation puisse effectuer une réservation à votre nom.
Le service de réservation respecte votre vie privée et utilise ces informations personnelles pour un usage unique et se refuse à les divulguer conformément à la Loi sur la protection de la vie privée de 1988 (voir notre clause de confidentialité).
Si vous effectuez une réservation, nous transmettrons ces informations au fournisseur d'hébergement que vous avez choisi afin que votre réservation puisse être traitée, en conformité avec la loi.
Sauf indications contraires, le présent contrat est régi par les lois de l'endroit où le Service de Réservation est situé et les parties conviennent de la juridiction appropriée pour tout litige découlant de cet accord auprès des tribunaux de Bordeaux (France)
**Conditions d'annulation du site:
-En cas de pré-paiement (arrhes), possible si la date de la réservation est supérieure à 28 jours, il n'y a pas de remboursement des sommes versées si le client annule son séjour.
Si la totalité du paiement a été effectuée et si le client annule au moins 3 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue il pourra être remboursé des sommes versées, moins le montant du pré-paiement (arrhes).
-Sans pré-paiement (arrhes) l'annulation doit se faire 3 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue. Autrement il n'y aura aucun remboursement. Si l'annulation se fait dans les délais annoncés le site retient 10% des sommes versées.
Si l'hôtel ou tout autre fournisseur présent sur le site a clairement défini ses conditions d'annulation, le site retiendra 20€ de frais d'administration pour toute annulation. Aucun pré-paiement (arrhes) ne sera remboursé.

Les moyens de paiement acceptés par Bordeaux Réservation sont:
Paypal, CB, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Carte Aurore, 4 étoiles, Cofinoga ou privilège.

The booking service is operated by Bordeaux reservation and booking service use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions:
Reservations made by the customer on the booking service is made on behalf of the property chosen for your stay. The Customer agrees that hosting provider is solely responsible for the provision of reserved services and the reservation is not responsible for any defects in the hosting provider.
The client agrees to pay the booking service levy on an account that belongs to him, or heard the specified booking fee plus the cost of housing. Unless otherwise stated, all fees and prices are included tax (all taxes included). The reservation service will validate the reservation made by the customer a Confirmation of the reservation, as we have described.
The reservation service receives a "payment" from the hosting provider to offer this service reservation.
Customer acknowledges that a third party (Paypal) processes transactions on credit cards accepted. Customer acknowledges that the reservation is not responsible for a failure to Paypal or other financial institution which is involved in paying the booking.
Cancellation fees are based on individual policies defined by each housing provider. Processing fee set by the Site apply to all cancellations of reservations, or 20 euros per cancellation.
You may need to show valid photo identification upon arrival at the hosting provider. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may also be asked to guarantee payment of additional costs or not to use the services offered by the hosting provider (such as tax, a Extra bed not booked online ...)
The Reservation Service is based on information supplied by each accommodation provider and makes every effort to ensure that the information submitted is correct, however BordeauxReservation can not guarantee that this information is free from errors or omissions, and BordeauxReservation not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information for accommodation, its annexes and its surroundings. Only the housing provider is responsible for the information on the site for housing that offers rental.
The booking service provides no guarantees on the suitability of products or services advertised on its site.
The reservation does not pay commissions to travel agents, or receiving commissions from them. Bordeauxreservation does not act as booking agent but as independent reseller.
The reservation service reserves the right to change at any time the information published on its website.
The booking service needs to collect personal information to process your booking for accommodation, they are necessary for the booking service can make a reservation in your name.
The reservation service respects your privacy and uses personal information for a single use and refuses to disclose pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Privacy Act of 1988 (see our privacy policy).
If you make a reservation, we will transmit this information to the hosting provider you choose to make your reservation to be processed in accordance with the law.
Unless otherwise stated, this agreement is governed by the laws of the place where the reservation service is located and the parties agree on the appropriate jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this agreement to the court in Bordeaux (France)
** Cancellation Policy Site:
-In case of pre-payment (deposit), possible if the booking date is more than 28 days, there is no refund of monies paid if the customer cancels his visit.
If full payment has been made and if the client cancels at least 3 days before the arrival date of repayment of sums paid, less the amount of pre-payment (deposit).
"Without pre-payment (deposit) cancellation must be made 3 days before date of arrival. Otherwise there will be no refund. If the cancellation is made within the time advertised the site retains 10% of the money.
If the hotel or any other vendor on the site has clearly defined its cancellation, the site will retain € 20 administration fee for cancellations. No pre-payment (deposit) will be refunded.
